Role Description This full-time, on-site Territory Sales Officer role is based in Lucknow. The position is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory through effective dealer and distribution relationship management. Day-to-day activities include visiting dealers and distributors, promoting Power Ultimo products, executing channel sales initiatives, and achieving sales targets. The role involves monitoring market trends, collecting customer feedback, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely supply, product visibility, and promotional activities. The Territory Sales Officer also prepares regular sales reports, maintains accurate records, and supports implementation of sales strategies to strengthen brand presence in the region.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet territory targets.

Candidates should possess skills in Distribution Management and Channel Sales to effectively manage dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.

Candidates should possess Business-related skills, including basic commercial understanding, negotiation, and relationship management.

Relevant experience in FMCG, auto lubricants, or industrial products sales is beneficial.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in the field.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools for tracking sales performance.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license, if required.

Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
