Position: Team Leader – Sales
Industry: Fintech / Digital Payments / Financial Services
Location: East India
Experience: 3–6 years in Sales / Fintech / Banking / Payments
Team Handling: Minimum 10–15 members
💼 Key Responsibilities • Lead, motivate and manage a sales team of 10–15+ members
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets
• Recruit, train and develop team members
• Generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor daily performance, productivity and conversions
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
• Drive business growth across the assigned territory
🎯 Candidate Profile • Strong sales & team-management skills
• Experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, Banking, DSA or related sectors preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory
💰 Salary: ₹35,000+ per month + Incentives
