• Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve business objectives. 

• Conduct sales planning and forecasting for your assigned territory. 

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales gaps. 

• Drive execution of campaigns and promotional activities with advisors. 

• Track daily sales performance and take proactive measures to improve outcomes. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Education: Graduation in any stream (Mandatory) 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing – preferably in Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, or related sectors 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 

• Confident in handling objections and closing deals. 

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
