Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify prospects via research, events, networking, and referrals.
Sales & Conversion: Cold call, email, and meet clients; present products; close deals.
Client Relations: Foster long-term B2B relationships and deliver post-sale support.
Negotiation & Closing: Manage pricing, custom needs, and order finalisation.
Order & Payment Coordination: Ensure timely delivery and follow up on payments.
Reporting: Maintain CRM, track sales activity, and prepare reports.
Market Insight: Monitor trends, competitors, and share client feedback.
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales (luxury, gifting, or events preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, organised, fluent in English and Hindi.
Willingness to travel (domestic and international) for company events.
