Job Description: The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, delivery coordination, digital activities, customer engagement, and local marketing initiatives to improve sales and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivery Management o Coordinate and monitor timely delivery of customer orders o Ensure proper communication between store, delivery partners, and customers 2. Digital Operations o Handle digital platforms related to store operations o Support online visibility and digital engagement initiatives 3. Google Review Management o Encourage customers to provide Google reviews o Monitor, respond to, and maintain positive online ratings 4. Reliance Order Handling o Manage and process Reliance-related orders o Ensure accuracy, timely fulfilment, and coordination with concerned teams 5. Marketing Activities o Execute local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and sales, including:  Canopy Activities for promotions and brand visibility  B2B Approaches to develop partnerships with nearby businesses  Nearby Shop Tie-ups to expand customer reach  Newspaper Inserts planning, distribution, and follow-up 6. Bottom Store Development o Work on improving performance of low-selling (bottom) stores o Implement corrective actions, promotions, and engagement strategies
