Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹26,500 (In-Hand) + ₹3,600 PF + ₹125 per Day Petrol Allowance

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven candidates for the PNM onDemand role. As a PNM onDemand executive, you will be responsible for onboarding merchants from sectors like Furniture, Logistics, and Godowns. Your primary goal will be to understand the merchants' transportation needs and convince them to use our application for booking vehicles for their shipments instead of external providers. This role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to build strong merchant relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and onboard potential merchants within the assigned territory.

• Explain the benefits of using our transportation services and assist merchants in downloading and using the application.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement.

• Understand merchants' shipment and transportation requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Track and report daily activities, merchant interactions, and onboarding progress.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience.

• Achieve monthly onboarding and booking targets as set by the management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven field experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or merchant onboarding.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Familiarity with mobile applications and digital platforms.

• Basic understanding of logistics and transportation operations is a plus.
