About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and drive sales within 5 allocated societies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the real estate sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales activities across 5 assigned societies.
• Identify potential buyers within the societies and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct property visits, explain project features, and guide customers through the buying process.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, society committees, and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field sales.
• Good understanding of local market trends.
