Field Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct customer interaction in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.

• Meet prospective customers to explain products/services and close sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and support teams for smooth order processing.

• Follow up with clients for payments, renewals, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or marketing preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Valid driving license is an advantage.
