We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the Healthcare / Homecare / Elder Care sector. The role focuses on direct sales, partnerships, and market expansion, ensuring strong brand presence and revenue generation.

✅ Key Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

• Experience in Healthcare / Homecare / Eldercare preferred

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance

• Excellent networking & relationship-building abilities

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing or related field preferred)

• Age bracket - 21Years - 38Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by generating leads and closing sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and corporate clients

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction & retention

• Track sales performance and achieving monthly/quarterly targets

• Provide market insights and competitor analysis
