Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Sourcing Manager to identify, evaluate, and acquire potential land/property opportunities for real estate development. The role involves building strong networks with brokers, landowners, and developers, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source land/property opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and channel partners
Conduct market research and feasibility checks
Negotiate terms and finalize property acquisitions
Coordinate with legal and technical teams for due diligence
Requirements:
Strong negotiation and networking skills
Good understanding of local real estate market
Experience in land sourcing or property acquisition preferred
