Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Manager for our pest control business in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of pest control services, treatment types, customer requirements, and field sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, meeting clients, handling site visits, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for pest control services in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors

• Meet potential clients in the field and explain pest control solutions clearly

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with operations/service teams for quotations and service planning

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, societies, restaurants, offices, warehouses, hospitals, and other businesses

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending closures

• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and service presentations for clients

• Maintain proper records of daily visits, client meetings, and sales updates

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Coordinate with management for sales strategy and business expansion in Kolkata

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the pest control industry

• Good knowledge of pest control services such as termite control, cockroach control, rodent control, mosquito control, general pest management, and AMC services

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

• Ability to build trust with clients and close deals effectively

• Must be confident in fieldwork and client meetings

• Basic knowledge of quotations, follow-ups, and sales reporting

• Familiarity with Kolkata market will be an advantage

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field sales

• Candidates with direct pest control industry knowledge will be preferred

Education:

• Graduate preferred

• Relevant sales experience in pest control can be considered more important than qualification

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel across Kolkata for client meetings and site visits

• Must have a professional attitude and target-oriented approach
