Profile-Sales Executive/Team Leader
Experience: 2 - 4 years (Minimum 1.5 - 2 years as a Team Lead if applying for Team Leader)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 103
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field sales executives
Drive sales performance and achieve targets through team efforts
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for better productivity
Monitor and analyze sales reports to improve strategies
Requirements:

2 - 4 years of field sales experience (real estate preferred)
Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of experience as a Team Lead (must have led a team in the current or previous role)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Target-driven and able to motivate a team effectively
