To generate new customers, maintain existing customers, visit construction sites and dealers, promote company products, collect enquiries/orders, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

A. Field Sales

• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects and dealers regularly.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Generate enquiries and convert enquiries into orders.

• Explain product specifications, pricing and availability.

• Follow up on quotations and pending orders.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

B. Customer Development

• Develop relationships with:

  • Builders & developers

  • Civil contractors

  • Architects/interior designers

  • Site engineers

  • Procurement teams

  • Building-material dealers

  • Individual villa/home builders

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers.

• Identify additional products that can be sold to existing customers.

C. Site Visits

• Visit active construction projects.

• Record project stage, approximate material requirement and expected purchase date.

• Identify the decision-maker and procurement person.

• Collect competitor/product/pricing information.

• Coordinate with the office team for quotations and delivery.

D. Order & Payment Follow-up

• Take customer orders accurately.

• Coordinate with stores/logistics for delivery.

• Follow up on pending payments with customers.

• Escalate overdue payments to the Sales Manager/Accounts team.

• Ensure customer complaints are communicated and resolved quickly.
