Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our business presence in the market. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, hitting monthly targets, and building strong relationships with our clients on the ground. If you love meeting new people, and driving results, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to perform their best.

Hit Targets: Take full Responsibilities of the sales targets for your assigned area.

Market Visits: Spend 70-80% of your time in the field with your team to understand market trends and close deals.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Strategy & Reporting: Plan daily/weekly sales routes and provide regular feedback to the senior management.

Requirements (What we are looking for):

Experience: 3+ years of experience in field sales (1+ year Experience in a leadership role).

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and "never-give-up" attitude.

Inspiring Leadership: Ability to lead from the front, mentor junior sales executives, and keep the team's morale high
