Experience: 1–4 years (Background in hospitality or sales preferred)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our corporate sales team. This role is ideal for professionals from the hospitality sector who are looking to transition into corporate or B2B sales, leveraging their service-oriented approach and interpersonal skills to identify and engage potential business clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate high-quality leads through online research, cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking
Leverage prior hospitality experience to build trust and engagement with prospective corporate clients
Qualify and schedule meetings for the senior sales team with targeted decision-makers
Maintain and manage the CRM database with accuracy and consistency
Assist in pre-sales processes, including proposal creation, documentation, and timely follow-ups
Consistently achieve and exceed lead generation targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
Represent the brand professionally during all external communications and client interactions
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong client engagement and relationship-building abilities
Confident with cold calling, field visits, and in-person interactions
Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead funnel management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Highly self-driven, with a results-oriented and proactive mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, guest relations, or customer service
Demonstrated interest in transitioning to a corporate or business development role
Must own a two-wheeler for local client visits (if applicable)
Strong work ethic, presentability, and professionalism in corporate environments
