Job Summary:
We are hiring highly energetic and target-driven Field Sales Managers . The role involves direct customer interaction, field visits, and closing sales on the ground. Candidates must be comfortable with daily travel and high-pressure target environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door-to-door visits, field activities, and local area marketing
Sell products/services directly to customers .
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits clearly
Handle customer queries and close sales effectively
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers
Maintain daily activity and sales reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience field sales
Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and field work
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
Graduate preferred
