Job description: Junior Relationship Manager – Channel
Location: Multiple Locations

If you enjoy meeting new people, building connections, and turning ideas into impact, this role is for you. As a Junior Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of growing our partner ecosystem, working closely with channel partners, enabling their success, and driving business growth. This is a high-ownership, high-learning role where you’ll get real exposure to sales, partnerships, and business strategy from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities
● Identify, reach out to, and onboard new channel partners to expand our ecosystem. ● Support partners with onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance to help them succeed.
● Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and work towards shared goals. ● Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and market movements.
● Monitor and report partner performance using key metrics like sales, revenue, and growth.
● Work closely with internal sales teams to align efforts and maximize the partners impact.
● Identify challenges within the partner network and proactively resolve them.
● Support partners with product knowledge and solution-based selling.
● Attend events, meetups, and industry forums to build relationships and grow visibility. What We’re Looking For
● Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Someone who enjoys networking and building relationships
● Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
● Basic understanding of sales/business (internships count!)
