Role Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Field Sales Manager\ Key Account Manager with proven expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, strong follow-ups, and deal closures. The ideal candidate should come from the tiles, flooring, or paints industry and possess an established network of interior designers, architects, and builders. Exceptional presentation, communication, and convincing abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client-based sales through regular field visits and relationship building.

• Develop and maintain strong connections with interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors.

• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into successful closures.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with a high level of professionalism.

• Ensure strong follow-up mechanisms for inquiries, quotations, and pending closures.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and closures.
