Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and supervise Sales Executives/TSOs to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Plan and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.
Conduct field visits with team members to dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Build and strengthen the dealer/distributor network.
Monitor team performance and provide continuous training and support.
Track competitor activities and provide actionable insights.
Ensure proper execution of schemes, pricing, and company policies.
Maintain strong relations with key customers and partners.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management.
