🏢 Position: Business Development Executive
👩 Female Candidates Only
🎓 Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
💼 Experience: B2B Sales Experience Required
⭐ Preference: Manpower / Recruitment Industry Experience will be an added advantage

💰 Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
🛌 Weekly Off: 1 Day
📋 Benefits: ESI + PF

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B business opportunities
• Connect with potential corporate clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Achieve monthly business development targets

🔹 Candidate Profile

✔ Female candidate
✔ Graduate in any stream
✔ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Confident in client interaction
✔ B2B Sales / Business Development experience
✔ Manpower/Recruitment experience preferred
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated
