Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations for loan products across assigned areas. The role involves driving business growth, managing sales teams and DSAs, and achieving revenue targets in Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, and Business Loans.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive sales performance across assigned branches/locations.Lead, motivate, and monitor Sales Managers, BDEs, and Relationship Officers.Develop and expand DSA / channel partner network.Drive sourcing of Home Loans, LAP, BL, PL, Auto Loans.Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.Monitor pipeline, login, disbursement, and conversion ratios.Coordinate with credit, operations, and bank/NBFC partners.Conduct regular field visits, reviews, and training sessions.Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.Prepare MIS reports and share performance updates with management.Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of loan products and credit process.Team handling and leadership skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.Educational Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA preferred.Relevant certifications in finance/sales are an added advantage. Strong local market knowledge.Willingness to travel within the assigned area.Proven track record in sales growth and team management.CTC: As per industry standards
