💼 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated to join our team as Optical Fiber Field Engineers. Candidates preferably should be native to the respective locations and ready to work in a dynamic field environment.

🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

✔ B.Tech / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering MCA, MBA or a related field

⚙️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Maintain optical fiber cables for telecom and broadband networks

• Attend field calls and provide on-site technical support

• Diagnose and troubleshoot fiber cuts, signal loss, and connectivity issues

• Ensure timely resolution of operational problems

• Coordinate with technical teams for issue escalation

📌 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

✔ Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork

✔ Basic technical knowledge & problem-solving skills

✔ Good communication and proactive attitude

✔ Laptop and Bike mandatory
