We are looking to hire Field Sales Executives for our Bangalore region:
Position Details:
- Position: Field Sales Executive / B2B Sales Executive
- Department: Sales & Business Development
- Location: Bangalore
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
- Travel Allowance: ₹250 per working day
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach dental clinics, hospitals, and orthodontists to promote our products.
- Develop new business relationships and conduct daily field visits across Bangalore.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and submit regular sales reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 0–3 years in field sales/B2B sales (Dental, Medical, Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG background preferred). Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred.
- Requirements: Comfortable with daily field travel and working in a target-driven environment.
