🚀 Hiring: Field Sales Executive (FSE) – Restaurant Onboarding

🔍 Role Overview

Zomato is looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to support onboarding of new restaurants and food chains within assigned territories. Leads will be provided by Zomato.

💼 Experience Required

• 1–5 years in onboarding / field sales

• Experience in onboarding restaurants or food chains preferred

💰 Salary Structure

📍

• Exceeds Target (30 onboardings •750):

₹22,500 + ₹2,500 fuel+ ₹1,500 incentive = ₹26,500

• Highly Exceeds

📍 Rohtak 1st month fix salary

• Salary (0-25 onboardings @ ₹600):

₹15,000 + ₹2,500 fuel = ₹17,500

• Exceeds Target (30 onboardings •600):

₹18,000 + ₹2,500 fuel + ₹1,500 incentive = ₹22,000

• Highly Exceeds (35 onboardings •600):

₹21,000 + ₹2,500 fuel + ₹1,500 incentive = ₹25,000

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Field sales and client acquisition

• Visiting restaurants and food outlets

• Convincing owners to onboard on Zomato

• Daily reporting to Team Leader

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass (mandatory)

• Must own a bike & valid driving license

• Comfortable using mobile applications

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

2nd month onwards salary would be on performance Basic below 25 onboarding 600 per onboarding + Fuel allowances 2,500
