
Role: - Channel Partner Acquisition and Management: - Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners to expand client market presence. - Build and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales opportunities. - Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales strategies and promotional activities. - Drive revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies and initiatives. - Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations. - Implement creative and results-driven approaches to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Possess in-depth knowledge of client’s furniture offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition. - Conduct training sessions for channel partners to equip them with the necessary product knowledge and selling techniques. - Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth and market expansion. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, to align channel sales efforts with overall business goals. - Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the management team. - Proven experience in channel sales with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment. - Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to drive sales success. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
