Sales Officer – Field Job Description:- We are looking for a Senior Sales Officer to expand our customer base and achieve sales in the retail market in the Nashik region. Candidates must be a graduate with preferred experience in the field of Sales & marketing of Electric Pumps, CP Fittings, Kitchen Sinks & Products or Sanitary Ware or similar construction products. Ability to plan new marketing activities, strategies, branding & promotional activity. Interaction with existing and new customers to understand their requirement and coordination for offer preparation, Quotations and Price Negotiation in order to finalize the orders. Coordinating with the sales manager to set monthlytargets and individual clientlevel sales planning. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to sales heads. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Visiting retail customers and constantly following up with existing clients for repeat business. Periodical MIS submission. Planning and maintaining sheet for all retail orders including dispatch scheduling and payment tracking. Keeping track of all incoming emails and inquiries from customers. Customer Relationship Management - Keeping track of customer database and constantly updating with new contacts. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Payment Ledger Tallying & Collection to ensures ongoing business.
