Job Title: Relationship Manager – Field Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and energetic graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in field sales. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and driving business growth through merchant acquisition and engagement.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential merchants, scheduling and conducting meetings, onboarding new merchants, and strengthening existing business relationships in your assigned territory.

Job Locations:

Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad.

Salary Structure:

• Gross CTC: ₹25,000 per month

• TDS Deduction (1%): ₹250 per month

• Mediclaim Insurance Deduction: ₹350 per month

• Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹24,400 per month

• Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided based on individual performance and achievement of sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant sales internship experience can apply.

• Gender: Male.

• Vehicle Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

• Local Preference: Local candidates with strong knowledge of the local area's geography and markets will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Identify and connect with potential merchants in the assigned territory.

• Schedule and conduct meetings with merchants in coordination with the reporting manager.

• Understand merchant requirements and present suitable business solutions.

• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships to drive engagement and business growth.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.

Sales & Business Development:

• Drive merchant onboarding and adoption of digital business solutions.

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and local market activities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity goals.

• Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions, meetings, and sales activities.

Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with internal teams and reporting managers to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and activation.

• Gather market intelligence and share feedback to support business growth strategies.

• Represent the organization professionally and strengthen its presence in the assigned territory.
