Job Summary
The Field Executive is responsible for executing field-level activities, visiting Schools/ITI’s, collecting information and Enrolment student, and ensuring smooth on-ground Enrolment. The role requires frequent travel and direct interaction with Schools & Iti’s.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned locations/Schools & Iti’s as per daily schedules
Promote company NASSCOM project and explain features & benefits
Collect customer information, documents, or payments (if applicable)
Conduct Drive batches, inspections, or verifications as assigned
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Schools and Iti’s.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Report field activities and submit required documentation on time
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies and field protocols
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Proven experience in field work, sales, or customer handling is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
