About the Role
seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive B2B business growth by meeting clients, promoting company services, and achieving sales conversions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential business clients to promote Tradelnida subscriptions, Digital Marketing, and IT services.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and explain service benefits.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, references, and market research.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and close deals.
Prepare and submit daily visit reports, including lead updates and customer feedback.
Collaborate with the telecalling and CRM teams for effective lead coordination.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings and exhibitions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Direct Marketing.
Strong understanding of business customer needs and B2B market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
Ability to travel locally and manage client visits independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Performance Expectations (KRA)
Conduct daily client visits and submit lead reports.
Attend 10–12 client meetings per week.
Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
Maintain a high lead conversion rate.
Ensure client satisfaction and consistent follow-up.
