Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven CCTV Sales Executive to promote and sell CCTV surveillance systems, security cameras, access control systems, and related security solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, references, and online leads.

• Meet potential customers to understand security requirements.

• Present and demonstrate CCTV products and security solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing.

• Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

• Coordinate with installation and technical teams for smooth project execution.

• Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.

• Keep updated with market trends, competitor products, and new technology.

• Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant sales experience.

• 1–3 years experience in CCTV, electronics, security systems, or B2B sales preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, access control systems is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM).

• Own vehicle preferred for field sales.
