Role Overview;
We are hiring a Solar Field Sales Executive who will work in assigned areas of Ahmedabad city to
identify, generate, and close residential solar rooftop leads. The role is target-driven and offers
fixed salary, petrol allowance, and attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities;
Work in areas assigned by the company within Ahmedabad
Identify and generate residential solar leads (self-sourcing)
Visit homeowners and explain residential rooftop solar solutions
Conduct basic requirement understanding and coordinate site visits
Convert leads into confirmed residential solar orders
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal technical and documentation teams
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Required Skills;
Strong communication and convincing skills
Experience in field sales (residential-focused preferred)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of smartphone apps, WhatsApp, Excel
Ability to work independently in the field
Qualification & Experience;
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
0–3 years’ experience in field sales
Solar / real estate / insurance / telecom sales experience preferred
Must have two-wheeler & valid driving license
