We Are Hiring A Field Sales Executive (Uber)

Salary:

Rs. 25,000/- Per Month.

Incentives: Average incentive per team member Rs. 10,000/-

Training: Candidates would be provided 2 weeks of hands-on training.

Experience:

Minimum 06 Months Experience Required In Any Field Sales.

Qualification:

Minimum HSC (12th) Passed.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Driver Identification & Outreach:

a) Proactively identify registered auto drivers who haven’t started driving on the

Uber platform.

b) Initiate communication with these drivers, introducing them to the benefits of

Driving with Uber.

2. Driver Engagement & Onboarding:

a) Assist drivers in completing all onboarding steps, from registration through to

activation.

b) Provide comprehensive guidance, resources, and support to ensure a seamless

onboarding experience.

3. Encouragement & Activation:

a) Actively monitor new drivers’ progress to ensure they complete their first trips

promptly.

b) Offer motivational support and assistance to address any barriers to their first

ride.

Skills Required:

● Willingness to work in the field and find areas of expansion

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for motivation and

engagement.

● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.

● Familiarity with the Uber platform or similar onboarding systems is an advantage.

● A Sales Executive or Field Sales Executive is preferred
