Job Title: Field Representative (NGO)

Location: Kanpur, UP
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Internship to convert into Full-time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Field Representative to support our NGO initiatives on the ground. The candidate will play a key role in implementing programs, engaging with communities, and ensuring smooth execution of field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of NGO programs and initiatives at the field level

• Conduct field visits and interact with beneficiaries and local communities

• Support data collection, surveys, and reporting activities

• Coordinate with internal teams and local stakeholders

• Ensure proper documentation of field activities

• Represent the organization during community outreach programs

• Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate – specify as needed]

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork

• Basic understanding of social work or NGO operations (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills:

• Local language proficiency
