JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (LOGISTICS)

Position: Field Sales Executive

Salary & Incentives

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Any

• Experience: Sales experience preferred (Logistics sales is an advantage)

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for logistics services.

• Generate new business through field sales, telecalling, and client visits.

• Explain logistics solutions and company services to clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with operations and internal teams for smooth service delivery.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)

• Sales & negotiation skills

• Customer handling and relationship management

• Lead generation & follow-up skills

• Problem-solving and convincing ability

• Basic knowledge of logistics / supply chain (preferred)

Language Requirements

• English, Kannada, Hindi – experienced candidates preferred

• Remaining vacancies: Any language acceptable
