Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Logistics

Company: Om Turanth Express (Turanth Logistic Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Bhiwandi, Mumbai (Field Job)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (excluding Incentives)

Job Role:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to generate new customers and grow business for our logistics services. The role involves visiting industrial areas, meeting potential customers, following up on leads, and converting prospects into regular clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and tele-calling.

• Present Om Turanth Express logistics services and convert prospects into customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to generate repeat business.

• Reconnect with inactive or lost customers and bring back business.

• Ask satisfied customers for referrals to generate new leads.

• Conduct market research and competitor observation in assigned areas.

• Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, and sales progress.

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service execution.

Skills Required

• Field sales and telecalling experience

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Customer relationship management ability

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM)

Qualification

Graduate or above

Experience

2 – 6+ years experience in Sales / Business Development
Experience in logistics, courier, transport, or industrial B2B sales preferred

Working Details

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Job Type: Full-time (Field Sales)
