Role Overview
We are hiring Sales Executives to drive retailer onboarding and daily sales in Nagpur and Nashik. This is a field-focused role with strong growth opportunities in a fast-scaling startup.
Key Responsibilities
✅️Onboard auto spare retailers, garages & workshops
✅️Drive daily sales and repeat orders in assigned area
✅️Conduct regular market visits and relationship management
✅️Explain TruQ’s platform, pricing & COD benefits
✅️Achieve monthly onboarding & revenue targets
✅️Share competitor and market insights with the team
Eligibility / Requirements
1–3 years experience in field sales (auto parts preferred)
Knowledge of local auto spare markets
Comfortable with field work & targets
Basic smartphone/app usage
Strong communication skills
