Job Title: Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, door-to-door marketing, and referrals.

• Promote company services and convert potential leads into confirmed sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

• Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Good knowledge of field sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition techniques.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using digital tools for sales reporting.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
