We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales of industrial products like PU Release Agents, Adhesives, and Chemicals. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, generating leads, conducting trials, and closing sales.
Key Requirements:
Visit industrial customers (Rubber, PU Foam, Automotive, Packaging industries)
Generate new leads and develop business opportunities
Conduct product trials at customer sites
Handle inquiry → trial → conversion → payment follow-up
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal team for supply & technical support
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1–4 years in Field Sales (B2B preferred)
Industry Preference: Chemicals / Adhesives / Industrial Products
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Must have: Bike + Driving License
Good communication & negotiation skills
