About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of bags and accessories (including laptop bags, travel bags, and other related products). The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, retailers, and institutional buyers, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, schools, colleges, and corporate buyers for bulk orders.
- Visit retail shops, dealers, and resellers to expand sales reach and product visibility.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s product range to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Handle client queries, quotations, and follow-ups effectively.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Good product knowledge in bags, travel gear, or fashion accessories.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
