Job Description & Responsibilities:
Target customers in the assigned location to sell RBL Bank Credit Cards.
Pitch benefits, features, and offers of RBL Credit Cards to potential customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references.
Complete customer documentation and KYC process digitally/physically.
Achieve monthly sales and sourcing targets.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in Credit Card Field Sales (Mandatory/Highly Preferred).
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.Skills: Good communication skills, convincing power, and local area knowledge.
