Identify and onboard eligible customer groups
Conduct field verification of customers and groups
Explain loan products, terms, and policies
Handle loan processing, documentation, and disbursement
Monitor repayments and manage collections
Maintain customer relationships and resolve queries
Track portfolio performance and reduce delinquency
Ensure compliance and prepare daily/weekly reports
