💰 CTC: ₹2.40 – ₹3.00 Lakhs Per Annum

📌 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Vendor Development Executive to onboard and manage fleet owners and transportation vendors. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the vendor network, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth operational coordination.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach and onboard new fleet owners & transport vendors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.

Verify vendor documentation and ensure company compliance.

Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with vendors.

Coordinate with operations teams for vehicle availability.

Maintain vendor database and records.

Resolve vendor-related issues and escalations.

Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Conduct market research to identify potential vendors.

Ensure timely submission and renewal of vendor documents.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Age between 20–40 years.

Good communication & negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.

Experience in Vendor Management / Logistics / Transportation / Business Development preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
