Experience-Fresher to 2 years .
Roles & Responsibilities
• Focus on Monthly & Yearly Target
• High focus on secondary sales to achieve daily target.
• Visiting Outlets, identifying the new routes & creating new outlets.
• Merchandising our products at retail outlets.
• Stock rotation at the outlets.
• Daily reporting to ASM with regards to Closing stock & new outlet creation.
• By using Field assist app, has to generate daily sales report, sharing closing stock details to ASM.
In field assist app every month end closing stock needs to be punched b/w 25th to 30th/31st, along with Mfg. date & last invoice number received
Salary Take home: 18000 (Plus incentives)
