Visit local markets, business establishments, retail outlets, SMEs, and industrial areas to identify prospective customers. Meet leads generated by the tele-sales and marketing team and convert them into qualified sales opportunities. Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and market references. Understand customers' business processes and recommend suitable Tally solutions based on their requirements. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations (training will be provided). Build strong relationships with business owners, accountants, and decision-makers. Collect customer information and maintain accurate visit reports in CRM/Excel. Follow up regularly with prospects until closure. Coordinate with the product demonstration and implementation teams for smooth customer onboarding. Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, customer meets, and local marketing activities. Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer requirements, and emerging business opportunities. Achieve monthly targets for meetings, lead generation, demonstrations, and sales conversions.
