We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales and market development for automotive lubricants. The role involves managing distributors and retailers, expanding the customer network, increasing product availability, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, mechanics, workshops, and other channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
• Expand the distributor, retailer, mechanic, and workshop network within the assigned territory.
• Drive primary and secondary sales and ensure effective product availability in the market.
• Generate new business by identifying potential customers and untapped market opportunities.
• Execute company schemes, promotions, product campaigns, and market activation activities.
• Drive mechanic and retailer engagement to improve product awareness and market demand.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends and share relevant market intelligence.
• Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and brand presence across the assigned territory.
• Follow up on customer requirements, orders, collections, and service-related issues.
• Maintain daily field activity records and submit regular sales and market reports.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product availability.
Candidate Profile
• 1–4 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, automotive aftermarket, lubricants, engine oil, or related industries.
• Experience handling distributors, retailers, mechanics, or workshops will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with good market development and customer acquisition abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline preferred.
• Candidates with experience in automotive lubricants or aftermarket sales will be preferred.
