Brand: Dream Mattress Department: Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Mattress / Foam Salary: based on experience and interview performance Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team at RP Foam Home Pvt. Ltd. (Dream Mattress). The candidate will be responsible for developing new dealer networks, maintaining existing dealer relationships, driving sales, and achieving assigned monthly and annual targets. Key Responsibilities Organize and conduct regular sales visits within the assigned territory. Identify potential dealers and establish new business relationships. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers. - Focus on market penetration and activate new dealers to increase business. - Demonstrate and present Dream Mattress products to dealers and prospective customers. - Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer network. - Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. - Regularly review sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve targets. - Update and communicate schemes, monthly/annual targets, and running price lists to dealers. - Maintain accurate sales records and dealer-wise sales data. - Collect, analyze, and summarize sales information and prepare regular reports. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer/dealer feedback. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and sales operations. - Perform any other sales-related responsibilities assigned by the company. Candidate Requirements - Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in the Mattress, Foam. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Good dealer/distributor relationship management skills. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network will be an advantage. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting is preferred.
