About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Territory Sales Incharge to drive sales, expand distribution, and strengthen market presence for Kitchen Choice Foods in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and retail channels
Identify opportunities to increase market share
2. Distribution Management
Appoint and develop new distributors and retailers
Maintain strong relationships with existing trade partners
Ensure product availability across outlets
3. Market Development
Build strong brand visibility in the territory
Execute local promotions and marketing activities
Track competitor activities and market trends
4. Retail Execution
Ensure proper merchandising and product placement
Implement company schemes effectively
Conduct regular market visits
5. Collection & Credit Control
Ensure timely collections from distributors
Monitor outstanding payments and credit limits
6. Reporting & MIS
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Provide market feedback and sales insights
Key RequirementsEducation
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
Experience
0–3 years of sales experience (preferred)
Experience in distributor/retail handling is an advantage
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge
Good understanding of local market preferred
