Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Onboarding / Registrations / Product Uploads / Subscription Sales)

Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to onboard merchants onto online platforms. The role includes merchant visits, registration completion, KYC document collection, product uploads, and promoting subscription plans. Candidates must be comfortable with field travel, smartphone usage, and direct sales interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned market areas and meet merchants, shop owners, service providers, or SMEs
Explain platform features, benefits, and subscription plan options
Complete merchant onboarding: registration, KYC documentation, and verification
Collect business details such as product images, pricing, descriptions, and categories
Upload products/services on the platform accurately
Assist merchants in understanding platform usage, dashboard, and order management
Drive subscription sales and meet monthly onboarding/activation targets
Maintain daily visit reports, merchant data, and status updates
Resolve merchant queries and coordinate with internal support teams
Ensure all onboarding data is accurate and meets platform guidelines
Conduct basic training for merchants on app usage and product management
Identify potential market segments and provide insights for expansion
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
0–2 years of experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or digital platform registration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of online platforms, e-commerce, product listings
Ability to take product photos and upload details via mobile apps
Smartphone proficiency: WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Forms, basic apps
Willingness to travel within assigned areas
Local language fluency and area knowledge
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in merchant onboarding (e-commerce, food delivery, service platforms)
Background in fintech, SaaS, or subscription-based sales
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
