Job Description – Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and hardworking Field Sales Executives to join our team at Sunrise Petro Products. The role involves meeting clients, promoting our products, generating sales, and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers and promote company products.

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients.

• Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the manager.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct field visits as per assigned routes/markets.

• Represent the company in a professional and responsible way.

Skills 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Basic knowledge of sales or willingness to learn (for freshers).

• Good understanding of local market will be an advantage.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate

• Gender: Male

• Candidate should have a Bike/ Vehicle and a Driving License for travel purpose

• Fresher can also apply

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 6 days in a week

• Daily reporting to manager
