Field Sales Executive

*Company:* Justdial (on-site at Bansal’s Instaa Office Pvt Ltd)

*Location:* 372, 372/1, The Galleria, Panchsheel Colony, Near Sorab Bus Stand, Garh Road, Meerut – 250002 (First Floor, near Pizza Hut)

*Role:* Field Sales Executive (Full-time, on-roll)

*Working Days:* Monday–Saturday (as per site requirement)

*Shift:* 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (may vary by territory)

### Key Responsibilities

- Visit local businesses daily to pitch and close Justdial listings/packages.

- Generate fresh leads, do on-ground acquisition, and achieve daily/weekly targets.

- Explain product benefits clearly; handle objections and negotiate pricing.

- Collect documents, complete onboarding, and update CRM/lead status in real-time.

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; do regular follow-ups and renewals.

- Submit daily visit reports and meet compliance/quality norms.

### Requirements

- 0–3 years of field sales experience (freshers with good communication can apply).

- Two-wheeler and valid DL preferred (for local travel).

- Strong Hindi + basic English; good persuasion and closing skills.

- Comfortable with targets, field work, and daily reporting on mobile/CRM.

- Basic smartphone and ability to use sales apps.

### Salary (indicative)

- *Freshers:* CTC ₹18,000–₹21,000; in-hand ₹14,000–₹16,000 (after PF/retention as applicable).

- *Experienced (6m+):* CTC up to ₹23,000; in-hand ~₹18,000 (after deductions).

- Incentives/TA as per policy.
